Frequently Asked Questions

Is Standard really a one-off cost?

Yes, this is the price for a single HBDI® Profile for one person.

Should I complete the HBDI® Assessment regularly?

Yes, over time life experiences can have an impact on our thinking. By completing the HBDI® Assessment every 2-3 years you can see how your thinking may change over time. To do this we recommend our Growth or Enterprise plans.

If I start my Users with Standard can I upgrade to Growth or Enterprise?

Absolutely! All you need to do is pay the difference per User and sign up to our yearly plans and we will do the rest. We recommend that you start your Users on our Growth Plan to gain access to our full suite of products and applications to maximise your deployment of Whole Brain® Thinking.

Can I downgrade a User to Standard or redeploy an unused User seat?

At the end of your current contract term you can transfer Users to the Standard plan. If employees leave your organisation during the contract period they can be archived to allow other employees to experience the full platform.

Please be aware that archived Users will no longer be able to access Growth features and application modules.

What is a Legacy User?

If your organisation has Users that have completed the HBDI® in the past we can include these Users in your account. This may incur extra costs.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course, but we will be sad to see you go!

You can cancel your plan at any time during your contract term. No refunds are issued.

Do you offer volume discounts for large numbers of Users?

Talk to us about an Enterprise plan.

Do you offer multi-year contracts?

Yes, we would be more than happy to explore a multi-year contract with you. This is a great way to avoid price rises as we can lock in your per-user price for the term of the contract.

Is HBDI® Certification required?

Certification is required to access our products. On our Growth and Enterprise plans we include 1 Growth Practitioner eCertification seat for every 100 Users.
